We charge a $95 service call fee for your first appliance at a residential address. For each additional appliance at the same address, we add $50. This covers the technician’s visit, diagnosis, and written estimate. If you approve the repair with us, we’ll credit this fee toward your invoice.

Do you offer discounts on labor?

Yes — when you schedule online, you’ll receive 20% off the labor portion of your repair. (Parts are billed separately.)

What kinds of appliances do you service?

We specialize exclusively in high-end kitchen appliances from the brands Sub‑Zero (refrigerators, freezers, wine-coolers) and Wolf (ranges, ovens, cooktops, microwaves, warming drawers). So whether you’ve got a built-in fridge or a dual-fuel Wolf range, our licensed technicians have the expertise.

Do your service vans carry parts?

Our vans are fully stocked with commonly used factory parts for Sub-Zero and Wolf units, which allows us to complete most repairs in one trip. If your particular appliance or model requires a non-stock part, we’ll order it and schedule a return visit (typically in 3-5 business days).
